OUR STORY
History
Bees and honey have been an integral part of my life since I reached the early years of my life. Where I always accompanied my father to the family's honey apiary, and since that time I learned to love honey and love bees.
Honey is always present in our home in our diet, breakfast and dinner, we use it in sweets and sweeten drinks, but in case of illness, it was always imposed with hot drinks and herbal mixtures.
I do not quite remember how old I was when my father opened a beehive in front of me for the first time, to see that majestic spectacle of hundreds and thousands of bees buzzing with vigor and vigor.
I asked my father, surprised, do bees speak, father?
Yes !! Do you understand what they say?
He laughed and said yes... and you will come one day and you will understand their language.
I have always accompanied my father to the honey apiaries that were spread in the mountains of Syria, to move the cells from one place to another, so that we would get honey full of different flavors and an aromatic scent that is unmatched.
My father taught me a lot and I learned a lot from bees, so I understood well the value of honey and realized its importance since my childhood.
Growing up and growing with her my interest in bees and honey, where I worked for more than 30 years, and increased my professional experience, moving to Denmark in a rich, diverse and unique nature to complete my dream and my father's career.
My Father …. I now understand the language of bees.

The Future
My relationship with honey is no more than a tablespoon mixed in a cup of hot milk.
I still remember the smile of contentment on my mother's face every time I finished the glass full. A smile I can almost see on the faces of all mothers who want to see their children healthy and make sure they are nourished in the right way.
For more than 40 years, I have only seen in honey a spoon that melts in a cup of hot milk. The look may be somewhat narrow, but it is full of emotions and childhood memories, who among us does not have this memory that brings you back to your childhood days.
I never expected, not even in my dreams, to develop and radicalize my relationship with honey and bees to this stage.
When I first met Abdul Ghaffar in 2020, I saw in his eyes a love for his work that I had never seen in my life for anyone.
He was explaining to me in the most accurate details about the complex life of bees and their precise management of this special kingdom and how to produce high-quality honey rich in nutritional value. He was talking to me as if he was talking for the first time about his work, although I am sure that he had already talked about the same subject hundreds of times.
Do you know heather honey??
- I told him: No
He said if you should try it.
I smiled, carried it with me and left thankfully.
I do not know in my professional life other than marketing and sales management, I have always excelled in that, apart from my work as an executive director for many companies in the UAE, Jordan and Lebanon, and my presence in Denmark helped me hone my skills in the business world.
Do you have a job for me? I said it after our first phone call.
Do you have a job for me? I said it after our first phone call.
- We are waiting for you
This quick call, it was after the first honey spoon of heather honey.
Looks like we have more than just honey.
